Award Nominations

Have you made a significant contribution to dietetics or do you know someone who has significantly influenced the nutrition profession?

If so, here is your opportunity to recognize yourself or other nutrition professionals.

The Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2008 HADA awards. The recipients of these awards will become the nominees at the state level, representing HADA and competing for the TDA awards. We want Houston to be well represented! (All winners must be HADA and TDA members, with the exception of the Blue Bonnet award.)

Please submit your nomination to the Nominating Committee by August 31, 2008 by completing & emailing the "HADA Award Nomination Form" (MS Word). Remember, you may nominate yourself or a colleague and you may nominate as many people as you deem appropriate.

We greatly appreciate your assistance in this process to find deserving award candidates in the Houston area.
